Site is Slow or Non-responsive / RESOVLED 10:20AM CDT

Guide to Reference is experiencing a problem with our database that may be causing the site to be slow or even non-responsive. Our developer is working on it now and we will have an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Our database has been moved to a new server, and the site is now responding appropriately. (09/22/2009)

Spaces in Usernames

Trial Registration/Create A Profile form: “Username” field allows spaces to be entered, but a space is an illegal character in a username.

UPDATE: Spaces can be used in “Username” field in Trial Registration/Create A Profile form, and usernames containing spaces are recognized at login. (4/28/2009)
