Add Selected Items to List form: User list type defaults to “Personal” on this form, even if the user list to which items are being added is already a “Global” list viewable by all Guide to Reference users. If the user doesn’t change type back to “Global,” then the “Global” list can unintentionally be converted to a “Personal” list viewable only by the user.
